Members of the Cologne Public Library have access to a comprehensive library network that includes a central library, eleven branch libraries and a bookmobile. This is in addition to the complete range of online services and approximately 850,000 books and media.

You can register for membership at all Library locations with your identification card or your passport plus registration certificate. Please bring verification for any reduced fees for which you may qualify.

The following registration form is needed only for the free registration of children and teenagers under the age of 18 or for a permanent adult membership.
